Practice Schedule 2018-2019

Practice Schedule through June 14, 2019:

8 & under swimmers practice Monday and Wednesday 6:30 – 7:15 pm and Saturday 10:30 am – 11:30 am.

L(9-10) swimmers practice (recommended 3 practices per week) Monday, Wednesday and Friday 6:00 – 7:00 pm and Saturday from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm.

11-12 swimmers practice (recommended 4 practices per week) September 5 – November 11, 2018 and February 19 – June 14, 2019: Monday and Wednesday 7:00 – 8:30 pm, Wednesday and Friday 5:00 – 6:30 am and Saturday 1:00 am – 2:30 pm.  November 12, 2018 – February 17, 2019: Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7:00 – 8:30 pm, Friday 5:00 – 6:30 am and Saturday 1:00 – 2:30 pm.

13-14 swimmers practice (recommended 5 practices per week) September 5 – November 11, 2018 and February 19 – June 14, 2019: Monday and Thursday 5:00 – 6:30 am, Monday 7:15 – 9:00 pm, Wednesday 4:00 – 6:00 pm, Friday 7:00 – 8:30 pm, Saturday 10:30 am – 12:30 pm and Sunday 2:30 – 4:30 pm.  November 12, 2018 – February 17, 2019: Monday and Thursday 5:00 – 6:30 am, Monday 8:00 – 9:00 pm, Tuesday 7:30 – 9:00 pm, Saturday 10:30 am – 12:30 pm and Sunday 3:00-4:30 pm.

O (15 & Older) swimmers practice (recommended 4 practices per week) September 5 – November 11, 2018 and February 19 – June 14, 2019: Monday and Thursday 5:00 to 6:30 am, Tuesday and Thursday 7:30 – 9:00 pm, Saturday 10:30 am – 12:30 pm; and Sunday 12:30 – 2:30 pm.  November 12, 2018 – February 17, 2019: Monday and Thursday 5:00 – 6:30 am; Wednesday 8:00 – 9:00 pm, Thursday 7:30 – 9:00 pm and Saturday 10:30 am – 12:30 pm.

T (15 & Older) swimmers practice (minimum 6 practices per week) September 5 – November 11, 2018 and February 19 – June 14, 2019: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 3:30 – 6:00 pm; Wednesday 7:15 – 9:00 pm, Wednesday day and Friday 5:00 – 6:30 am, Saturday 10:30 am – 12:30 pm and dry-land Friday 3:30-4:30 pm at Bethesda Sport and Health.  November 12, 2018 – February 17, 2019: Monday and Wednesday 7:15 – 9:00 pm, Wednesday and Friday 5:00 – 6:30 am, Saturday 6:30 am – 8:30 am (MC Takoma), Sunday 12:30 – 3:00 pm and dry-land Friday 3:30 – 4:30 pm at Bethesda Sport and Health.

Please note the Georgetown Prep pool will not be available to us part or all of the day, and some of the practice groups will not have practice on the following dates: September 6, 15, 18; October 7, 8, 9, 10, 14, 20, 27; November 2, 21, 22, 23; December 11, 24-26, 31; January 1-3, 21, 26; February 7, 9, 18, 26; March 1, 10, 25-31; April 13, 14, 17, 19-22; May 4, 12, 25, 26, 27.  For some of these dates we will provide practice for some of the groups at an alternative site.

Summer practice schedules for all groups 9 and older June 17 – July 17, 2019 TBA.
