Training and Endurance Classes

These classes are one-hour practice sessions for intermediate and advanced swimmers. Swimmers practice skills learned in stroke class for increased strength, speed, and endurance while maintaining proper technique under the guidance of our stroke instructors. Swimmers must enroll in a stroke class and will swim an appropriate amount each day from 700 to 4,000 yards.

Training/endurance classes are Tuesday and Thursday from 7:30 to 8:30 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 3:00 to 4:00 pm.
